Step 2: Choose Your Method of Registration

    A. Register online at www.serendipityhouse.com

    B. Register by email:

        1. Email registration to register@serendipityhouse.com with seminar date, church name, your name, church
            address, city, state, zip code, church phone, and number of people registering, or:

        2. Email registration to seminars@serendipityhouse.com with seminary date, church name, your name, church
            address, city, state, zip code, church phone, and number of people registering.

    C. Register by phone at 1-800-866-9703

Step 3: Choose your method of payment:

    A. You may pay in advance by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) by providing
         your credit card information when you register or you may send a check (personal or business) made out to
        "Serendipity" and mail to:

    B. You may pay by credit card or check at the seminar

You may calculate your total based upon the following rates:

    U.S. Early Registrations:
    Single - $69.95 (U.S.) per person
    Groups of 5 or more - $59.95 (U.S.) per person
    Alumni, Student, Spouse - $49.95 (U.S.) per person

Late Registration (two weeks prior to the seminar)
In the U.S., add a late fee of $20 (U.S.) per person
In Canada, add a late fee of $30 (Can.) per person
(Late fees are due to the catering of lunches, refreshments and shipping of materials.)

If you are unable to attend, the seminar registrations are transferable. Cancellation fee in the U.S. is $20 (U.S.) per
person and in Canada $30 (Can.) per person.
